Great knee strengthening exercises. Thanks! Would I do this before or after my cardio workout? Can I do this knee workout everyday?

Hi Nancy, you can do this before or after your cardio workout. It's really up to what feels best for you. You can do this everyday as long as you aren't feeling soreness in your legs. If you feel some muscle soreness, allow your muscles to recuperate for a day and then you can do it again the following day. You can still do cardio every day, though.
