Now her family is trying to get her out of prison saying that she is in prison wrongfully that she did nothing wrong, that she is not guilty! She was offered 15 years if she would testify. Now she wants that 15 year sentence saying that she did not think she would be found guilty, and that if she was a man she would not have been found guilty saying that men get less time. I can’t believe that they think that. If that was true then the men charged with her would have gotten less time. The sentence that they got was mandatory by law.

My brother taught school for approximately 40 years and he said that he used to tell his students, "If you are a good kid and you tell me that you have never broken the law, show me who your friends are and I will predict if you should start saying 'I have never broken the law....yet'."
