1. Quit coffe especially on an empty stomach ( drink tea or matcha insted ) 2. Vitamin C in morning routine ( GOODAL is a good one ) and don't forget about SPF everyday 3. Eat cooked vegetables 4. Incorporate fermented food everyday 5. Learn to say NO

I just loved this videos its just so helpful! Im drinking green tea fot antioxidant instead of coffee now my greens on empty stomach with just water or light almond milk and drinking kombucha too its changes my life i didnt know i suffered for inflammation before but now kimchi is game changer too

I have cinnamon almost everyday (Saigon / Vietnamese cinnamon is the most high quality and potent) and take Vitamin D when staying out of the sun. Game changer!
