I love how you use natural ingredients and explain what each is for in the tea! I wish I woke up early enough to eat all those warm foods before work!

This video helped me out so much! I'm afraid of needles, but I did ask the acupressure mat for Christmas, so can't wait to use that every morning! You teached me so much about all types of tea and the best way to maintain a healthy body, so thank you!

This is really cool! And I want to start incorporating these types of things into my routine. First thing first I want to find a good place to buy the tea ingredients haha

Long time admirer, first time commenter here! I really liked this video and can't wait to make the tea you made (it looks so delicious). I would never know which brand of dates or goji to shop for, so the fact that you linked it is hugely helpful. I actually bought the Skin1004 cream after seeing it linked on your Amazon page, and it was amazing. And I loved the H Mart recs you made on your social media. Thank you for demystifying the beautiful world of Chinese and Korean ingredients for a foreigner like me :-)

There is really no brand so long as you can go to a chinese herbal store.

Love this so much! I grew up being aware of these practices but have never consciously incorporated them into my lifestyle. Looking forward to doing so now. :)

Ah thanks for showing more ingredients to put in the tea. Didn't know you can put black fungus in there too. Great tips 👍🏻
