Like your perspective on how to be a more effective person :) ... That's where I am starting too.. I made a list of daily activities that I am implementing and I am still struggling to get them all done, but they are helping me stay focused. When a "cloud" of depression wants to keep me in bed, I have a reason to get out of bed because I want to be a lady of my word and stay committed.

something i would add that basically goes along with what you said about being clear on practical, tangible habits that change your life is being aware of what you're doing and how its making you feel. if theres something in your life thats not feeling great like say you and a friend aren't meshing well then instead of ignoring that feeling or trying to deny it or numb it because its uncomfortable, you should move towards that source of discomfort and figure out what the problem is and how to fix it. also not getting zoned out and distracted by things on the internet/tv cause that can waste so much time. usually i have this rule for myself that if i get on youtube, I'm spending most of my time choosing videos to watch that are bettering me instead of just letting me sit and spin my wheels. videos like this for example! that better me and get me closer to my goal and choosing to watch this over something thats just making me zone out and lose track of time. great vid tho!!
@Popopatop7 жыл бұрын
also being self aware, its like if you know you're gunna get overwhelmed by this or that then you need to account for that and make a different plan that gets the job done in a way thats actually doable for you.

how do you handle with laziness? when you know exactly what to do because you planned for that, but when you wake up, you find excuses to keep doing the same? I know it's weird but sometimes it happens to me...so...how to decide for my new life, every single day???
@ModernHealthMonk8 жыл бұрын
Hey Juliana, maybe pick a smaller habit to begin with?
@lifeascam27557 жыл бұрын
Juliana Medeiros tip stop viewing yourself as lazy, I'm reading a book called think and grow rich and it says what we think in our mind will manifest into reality so if you think of yourself as not lazy then it will become physical
@Popopatop7 жыл бұрын
what works for me in those situations is just acting before i even give myself the chance to think a second thought about it. like with the gym, if i allow myself time to him-haw and think awww no well i don't feel like going, then i won't. but if i literally just get in the car and keep driving and do it quicker than i can think about it then its over with and I'm onto the next thing, feeling great!

this is great! Form your goals for the next year, Figure it out how to get their instead of asking others, build a daily routine and (if needed) copy the the routines of successful people by using the range of the net. Sounds simple as that but breaking with old (mediocrity) habits is not that easy Alex ^^
@DavidDouglasToth7 жыл бұрын
I think a habit of successful people is taking care of themselves, diet, sleep, spirtually, having healthy relationships etc. It's hard to achieve your goals when you are exhausted, have health issues and crushing stress.

Seek out the appropriate support from resources (i.e. people, apps, alarms) to create an environment (in my apartment, my office space) that reinforces what I'm going to accomplish. For me I'm distancing myself from people in my life who aren't where I want to be financially and for that matter I would tell them to get away from me because I'm not any help to them if they had financial goals and I'm seeking out models that practice the behaviors of financial security so much that it's in the way they talk to people. This and other similar ideas dawned on me when I was conversing with the friend mentioned before and we were discussing applying for unemployment and finding jobs that were below our skill set and capabilities for the umpteeenth time in the almost 10 years we have known each other I realized we have had this conversation before many times over in our relationship over the years. She is a good person but to reach my financial goals and to help me make a shift in my mind about money I need to be around people who wouldn't even THINK (the operative word) about talking about lack because their thinking patterns and habits are on a different consciousness a prosperity consciousness.

The problem with this kind of videos is, you can't really tell if successful people are successful, because they have those mindsets, or if they have those mindsets because they are successful. What I'm saying is, maybe the successful people have those mindsets by nature, and this cannot be learned? Not everyone can be a millionaire, people should acknowledge that.
