I just made the PB&J smoothie for my oldest and youngest kids this this morning. They LOVED it!!!❤️❤️ I did sneak a little spinach to theirs just to give them a little bit of greens. Neither noticed. I had one as well and it was amazingly delicious! It’s been about 3 1/2 hours and I still feel full!

I love smoothies. I must get back into making them. Used to make a big batch every morning for the family for breakfast. Frozen berries, spinach, beetroot, avocado and banana then added in live yogurt. Thank goodness we went into lockdown. All my son's friends started calling for some after he brought a bottle out with him one day!! It was costing me a fortune - and I wouldn't mind but they're all adults! I guess they've been doing that for about 20 years now so shouldn't be surprised at all. Every time I make something different, I turn around and some other mother's son is at my table saying "Well. What are we having today mum?". We run a great house!

That sounds like my house. I could only have 1 baby however even now she is 30 and married her friends will still appear near meal times for as they say a good meal and advice. My daughters 1 lunchbox seemed to morph into doing for half the class. I am definitely sharing these smoothies

Hi. I really enjoy your channel. I just began IF and OMAD. I'm turning 61, am very obese, and having issues with degenerate disk dease. I have a smoothie a day, for me this is the combo I use:. 1 banana, 1/2 c goat milk, 2/2 c goat yogurt, 1c of EITHER frozen blueberries or cherries, and 1 c of mixed summer berries. I love smoothies… I do one every day. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1cup mixed dark frozen berries (blue, black, ect) 1 cup frozen spinach 6oz plane Greek yogurt 2 scoops whey protein Water to desired thiccccness About 475 cals as prepared. Can be much less if yogurt is omitted. But I use it as a meal replacement

If you’re looking for added protein without using protein powder, I’d recommend adding chia seeds, flax seeds, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or egg whites. 👍

Thank you for the details about why you use Naked Whey protein powder. I saw on their label that the grass-fed whey is sourced from Rumiano farm/cows and they make great, high quality natural food that I trust. I have tried soooo many "healthy" protein powders over the years that were just GROSS but I'm going to give this brand a try :-)

Excelleny way to stay slim, nourished from inside out, and set your mind that smoothies are a full liquidised meal and goes into your body with almost immediate effcect better than any meal that required to be digested. Should be going towards the plant-based I'm looking at a plant-based protein now because you really want to stay away from that animal protein if you're putting that into your shake it's not a natural shake I'm really into natural foods now I want to stay away from meet dairy products and fish and eggs they're showing this really negative results healthwise and I have the test results to prove it basically we need to go towards the plant-based protein maybe an almond milk and possibly you're going to have to fresh fruits and more vegetables that's what you're going to do to lose weight lean and mean better lower blood pressure and and going the right direction

I have seen a lot of your videos on anti inflammation. I just want to point this out and maybe you will do some research. Whey protein is highly inflammatory protein powder. There is a huge amount of research on this topic and I don’t understand why people don’t want to look into this. And have you heard of this phrase “if your farts don’t stink your protein intake is weak?” Well, young generation doesn’t know that those farts are caused by whey protein not the actual amount of protein they take. It’s just interesting 😅

I haven't heard that saying, no...but I agree...a. lot of people are triggered by whey protein if they have an inflammatory issue in their gut or stomach. I much prefer plant-based protein, and it's why I made my protein powder that way, too.

So who can answer me? I’m new to this. I do eat two slices of whole wheat bread or 1/2 cup potatoes, maybe a cup of polenta, 3 servings a day for a carb the rest is vegetables and protein and good fats. I don’t do EXTRA FAT like a coffee with coconut oil. I don’t do protein shakes. Would I still lose weight? I do 18/6 window... Is it healthy? I find it realistic.

Believe it or not in the last 6 months after I did my research I found out what foods to eat and what foods not to eat I'm eliminated 3/4 of the foods in my diet I'm down to just a few these are getting the best results weight loss athletic performance lower blood pressure lower cholesterol and better overall test results from the doctor lately I've lost weight lowered my blood pressure got the fat off a lot of my body it's amazing to do this at 62 right now I'm going in a completely different direction this year not only in my tennis but nutrition as we learn more realize that everything we're doing is wrong and we have to let go of that and throw it over a bridge because old knowledge is not good knowledge new knowledge is what's going to lead us and to be coming better athletes this year
