Thank you Liz for another helpful, informative video. HRT was a gamechanger for me at age 52, and adding in the necessary supplements to hopefully future proof my health was the next step, I walk at least an hour everyday with the dogs, my next goal is to look up a weights programme on KZbin. Little things add up, always take the stairs, walk for short trips and leave the car at home. My parents are 93 & 90 so genetically I could be a long time in the 'better second half' as Im almost 59

Hi, this sounds like a horrible time for you, have you looked at the Balance App that Dr Louise Newson has, it's free and has loads of advice on all things HRT, including alternative ways to take progesterone. Hope things settle for you soon.❤

I am NOT on hrt ! However been on Prozac for 18 months as It was the only thing that helped chronic insomnia/ sleep anxiety 😔Aged 54 still having periods but they’re very hot & miss and have been for 18 months so still possibly peri ? So that’s why I was reluctant to go on HRT , however I’m off to the docs tomoro to talk about coming off Prozac as I now sleep well with other tools in place to aid this. Prozac stops me from crying which I find bizarre however it does stop mood swings too which I was having plus irritability 😖so it’s a difficult decision 🤷🏻♀️I do take red clover and definitely think it prevents hot sweats ! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated ??❤ thank you 🙏

I tried HRT 8 years after last period but had serious side-effects ie fatigue and spotting and had to come off. How can I keep young all over now?
