Monday - 45 min continue running , Stretching exercises , 100 meter stride 4 PM - 30 min easy running + drills 2 set , 80 meter stride 3. Tuesday - 15 min warmup , 70% effort 300 meter 12 times 3 minut rest , 10 to 15 minut cooldown , PM - 25 minut easy drills , 80 meter 4 times , stretching. Wednesday - 45 minut easy running , drills , 120 meter 6 times speed normal , stretching. PM - Rest Thursday - 15 minut warm-up, stretching, 6km 5.5 to 6 ke pece , 10 minut cooldown, PM - 30 minut easy + drills 2 set + 80 meter 3 stride Friday - 10 minut warm-up , 25 minut dignous , 80 meter 4 times stride. Saturday - 15 minut warm-up , 1 km × 4 rest 5 minut. PM - 15 minut warm-up . Sunday - REST After two week trial 1600 meter
