Luis’ torso is as long as Paul’s legs and he still held his own. 2-3 steps to his 1, at 5’4 and holding that pace among those Kenyans is undeniable. Amazing to watch. Great video 🤙🏾❤️

Well Pauls BMI Is about 17.5 and in his natural habitat. Luis has a solid build (and definitely more lean mass to height ratio )a more thicker higher cadence. Amazing job these guys are doing tho

It's crazy around 3:15 you can immediately see the difference in running form between the two. Paul has a slight tilt forward with midfoot strike that's in line with his chest. While Luis runs straight up and down with heel or mid foot strikes in front of his body. Paul has better form and efficiency with his running even at a jog. Very cool to see!
