1. empathy(sympathy) - be a good listener, understand feelings and try to help 2. confllict resolving - dont respond(keep feelings inside) focus on problem not on the person, try to meet the person and resolve the issue in a friendly matter, come to an agreement 3. asking good questions lead to interesting answers which makes the conversation interesting and ask open ended questions. 4. negotiation skills, be assetive and make them feel negotiation idea wil benefit both the parties. 5. good listener - dont make judgements when he speak 6. body language - keep a smile and look directly into the eyes

We were graded on "Citizenship" in elementary school. I frequently got "U" for Unsatisfactory, but I got A's and A+'s in all other areas. No one ever bothered to explain the importance of interpersonal skills to me as a child. Parental guidance was ridiculously lacking. I hope any parents (or future parents) reading this do a much better job with their kids than my parents did with me!

This is why I believe people need to read (or listen to) self development books. There isn't enough of that information spread in schools. Sadly, it is a genre of books that is made fun of by many because they don't see the value in self development, and how it can benefit your life.

Sometime we ask questions but opposite person only give short answers they seems not interested in conversation. And conversation must happen from both sides so it's silly that we ask regular questions. What I think that while talking the positive energy should be exchanged.
