𝟑 𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐒: ⁣

1️⃣ 2nd Position - wide legs; feet turned out to about 45 degrees.⁣

2️⃣ Curtsey - think diagonal lunge behind.⁣

3️⃣ Passe - to “pass through” fancy way of saying lift your foot to your knee.⁣

𝐏𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝟑 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:⁣

2nd ➡️ Curtsey⁣
2nd ➡️ Passe⁣

Equals one set. Do 8 sets and switch sides.⁣

2:20 is where flow starts.⁣

This is great! Seemingly so simple, but you definitely feel the burn. You can even do it while making dinner, like when you’re waiting for water to boil. Thanks for explaining the postures so well-especially the difference between position 1 and a workout squat, really helpful!
