As someone just getting back into yoga after years, this was the perfect amount of flow and time to waken up my body but not push too hard. Thank you! Can’t wait for my husband to wake up and take his turn. He is NOT a former yogi! 😂

Thank you so much for these. I watch one of your practices every day either first thing before work, after therapy, or right before bed. It really helps me step away from the stress of my life and career to engage my body respectfully in exercise. It really has helped me reshape my relationship to exercise, body expectations/limitations, and focus on healing and hearing what my body tells me not my disordered approach of forcing to achieve at any cost. It truly has been a journey and I thank you for the effort you have put into maintaining this channel.

Thank you Bird, today I loved the 5 minutes. It is difficult jump into high jump. I was able to replace it for other yoga exercises that can do. Yes I enjoy it. ❤
