Hello Julia.Reppel, just wanted to let you guys know how much your mobility workout here in YT helped me with my wrist pain. I never thought I could gain my wrist mobility back, some of the workouts for sure are wrist-dependent, but this atmosphere and community that you created makes me honor my abilities to where I am capable for now, not at all with "no pain, no gain". Still, there is strength in gentleness. After every mobility routine, it is always a pat on the shoulder, and hands down for the science, knowledge and every effort you put into your work. 🤸🏼♀️ This 5-minute standing mobility routine came at just the right time, Julia! I recently used it while traveling back to Germany and even squeezed it in during airport waits. It's incredible how effective and accessible these exercises are, targeting the entire body without needing any equipment. Thanks for making it easy to stay active on the go! Can't wait to make this a part of my daily routine.
