I am so glad that you posted this video! My muscles feel much more relaxed now. I recently got a foam roller to help with my tight hip adductors. I now have some more exercises to add to my foam rolling routines. Thank you! I love your socks by the way!

Hi Caroline, I use all of your foam rolling videos 😘I know you have ones focusing on lats, chest, forearms and upper back. Just was curious if you could make a 15-20 min focused just on the upper body ie. upper back, lower back, chest, lats, tricep and forearms, wrist. A lot of you tubers just focus on the lower body recovery... not many videos for upper body. Love your channel girl it has helped me so much with my mobility.

Hey I just discovered your channel through your hurt foot work outs. Currently 3 months into a broken little toe that just won’t heal! How long did it take for you to recover from your injury? I love your workouts btw. It’s been so nice to have routine with foot injuries in mind
