I had been doing it since long but there is specific time for blocking the breath to inhale. May be not mentioned to make easily adaptable for all for everybody . Great work u r doing to make India healthy.All the best.I am 75 years old and enjoying this.

Shivangi, Very nicely & clearly explained! I do the same regularly along with other routine exercises. You seems be perfectly healthy, except over growth of left hand nails!! ( Sorry for this honest comment which I didn't like) Anyway, thanks for the useful information. Dr. Ravindra.

This is very informative and helpful. Only small technical thing which can be rectify able, that is when you make video with front camera..it jumps the axis, right become left and left becomes. Like when you say right nostril in video it shows left. Which is bit confusing. It is always better to shoot from back camera. Thank you.

It will be better if you simply say Inhale from one nose for 1 period Hold in chest for for 4 period Exhale from other nose in 2period Let period for biggners be 3seconds So one cycle will be1*3+4*3+2*3=21secs After practice let period be 4 secs So cycle will be 1*4+4*4+2*4=28seca. I call it 1-4-2 nadi sodhan Capt b m Chatwani.

Mobile ka Front camera on kar ke video banaya hai , isliye mirror image ho gayi hai , isliye woh jo right keh rahi , hame left lag raha.

Thankyou shivangi... maine aajkal mobile me aapki video dekh k hi exercise karna start ki hai... abhi body me begging hone se kafi dard hai...but apna weight kam karna hi hai.. Specially ballooned belly fat... I realize Mera left nostril se hi dominant rahta hai.... Mujhe 2-3 am.k pahle neend nhi ati.. day me bhi neend nhi ati.. Body always restless rahti hai

Mera right nostril dominant hai almost 1 month se. Aap kya kar rahi hai, balance ke liye?Doctor high BP batate hai. But meri ida nadi raat ko nai chalti almost a month se...
