Hello, I'm Jaeho Roh, a trainer and physical therapist.
We have prepared 8 intermediate abdominal exercises.
You can think of it as listing the upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and external obliques in order.
It is also recommended to perform 4 movements in front, rest for 30 to 1 minute, and then perform 4 movements afterward.
You can only do 2 sets once every 3 days, or if you are okay with it, you can do 3 sets!

of course to get well-defined abs is not entirely dependent on working out. diet is very important, and to eat in caloric deficit (so around 1500 - 1800 cals?) which will lower your body fat % (adipose tissue) and combined with good, lean diet and this workout, the fitness outcome is favorable :)

These are definitely great exercises. Though to get well defined abs, we need to lower the amount of fat, while engaging in these sort of abs exercises. So I am focusing on burning fat first by trying out keto diet. I''ll document by weight loss in my vlogs. I’d appreciate if you can give it a watch 🙏🙏 (though not out yet haha). Thank you!

Depending on the individual performing the exercise, the exercise load may be low or appropriate. ^ ^ If you have sufficient exercise capacity, it is more recommended to perform high-load abdominal exercises such as hanging leg raises. So, I also divide it into exercises such as beginner (mat), intermediate (mat), and advanced (hanging leg raise) according to the target audience and guide viewers. ^ ^ In my case, I only do 3 sets of hanging leg raises on Wednesdays and 3 sets of mat abs exercises on weekends.

that's such a nice workout, is it ok to do 2 set of this everyday? according to ur description its recommended to do it 2/3 set per 3 days

Abdominal muscles, like other muscles, will need a certain recovery period. If you can do 2 sets every day, I don't think that exercise intensity can be considered as a sufficient exercise load for the performer. It is thought that it is more time-efficient to perform moderate intensity and sufficient training and to have sufficient rest.

If your body fat percentage is 12-15%, you can observe that the condition of your abdominal muscles improves enough with about 3 weeks of training. If you know how much weight you need to lose to reach your target body fat percentage, you can use a simple calorie burn calculation method to estimate the approximate duration.

복근의 선명도를 말씀하시는 걸까요?? 마른 체형의 경우 복부 피하지방이 적어서 운동으로 복근의 선명도를 개선시키는 데에는 매우 유리할 수 있겠는데요. 하지만 복근도 다른 근육과 마찬가지로 어느 정도의 운동량과 부하량이 추가되어야 근육의 크기도 더 커지고 육안으로 보이는 선명도도 더 명확해지는 것을 기대할 수 있습니다. 충분히 근 지구력 형태의 복근 운동으로 어느 정도 선명도가 좋아지는 것을 기대할 수 있겠지만 어느 정도 익숙해지시면 좀 더 부하량과 난이도가 높은 행잉레그레이즈와 같은 운동을 해보시는 것을 권장해 드리겠습니다.

We recommend doing 3 sets once every 3 days. Applying enough load and taking enough rest seems to be more effective.

Exercise is usually recommended at least 2 hours after eating. It is recommended that you exercise during the day at a time when you feel your condition is the best. That's when your performance will be at its best, and it's probably the best time of day for your performance.

Is this exercises enough to get six pack abs ? Because I'm doing this for 5 days but I still cannot see the results. I only can see the 2 pack abs only.. How many weeks does it takes to get six pack abs ? and now I'm 14 ,years old weight 52.4 kg can I still can get six packs ?

If your body fat percentage is maintained at 12-15%, you will be able to observe that the condition of your abs improves enough with 2-3 weeks of training. Otherwise, if you know how many kg of body fat you need to lose to get your body fat percentage to 12-15%, you can roughly estimate how long it will take. Calories required to burn 1 kg of fat are approximately 7700 kcal. If you substitute this, if you aim for a 3-400kcal deficit per day, you will be able to aim for a 1kg fat loss in 20 days. This is calculated when you lose 2 kg per month for the purpose of maintaining health, If you aim to burn 700 kcal per day, you can lose more quickly, but it is somewhat not recommended to try to lose weight too quickly, far beyond this. We recommend that you aim for 4-6 months slowly and steadily.

예비군 갔다 오느라 확인이 늦었습니다ㅜ 맥길 크런치라는 동작을 응용하는데요. 상체를 들어 올릴 때 허리가 구부러지는 움직임을 조금이나마 상쇄시키기 위해서 동작을 취하고 있습니다. 제가 반복적으로 허리 구부리는 동작에서 불편감을 느껴서요^__^

Personally, I recommend doing about 3 sets and doing it every 3-4 days. If you plan to do it every day, I recommend doing just enough so that it doesn't interfere with your progress the next day. I think there is a way to do 1-2 sets every day. Even in my case, when I was young and active as an athlete, I did 200 to 300 a day. Now, if I do that, I can't recover and it hurts.

It doesn't matter if you decide according to your individual exercise performance ability. Personally, I think it would be better if I could do exercises such as intermediate and advanced and hanging leg raises later.

For me, this exercise load is low. In the past, I maintained my abs with this type of exercise for 500 times, but now I am maintaining my abs by applying weight loads and taking sufficient loads and rest. ^ ^ While filming, I am alternating between mat body abs exercise and hanging leg raises every 4 days. ^ ^

When I was young, I lived as a volleyball player. The facilities were poor and most of them were made of bodyweight exercises for volleyball. But adolescent weight training is strongly recommended. Weight training started after 20 years old.

In my case, it takes about 7 months or more to rebuild my body as much as I want in a state of rest without exercise. In the case of abs, it takes 2-3 months to make the shape, but it seems to take more than 3 months to increase the size.

It is difficult to selectively lose abdominal fat only, and it should be recognized that it reduces body fat mass throughout the body. If your body fat percentage is maintained at 12-15%, you will be able to observe that the condition of your abs improves enough with 2-3 weeks of training. If not, you can roughly estimate how long it will take if you know how many kg of body fat you need to lose to get your body fat percentage to 12-15%. Calories required to burn 1 kg of fat are approximately 7700 kcal. If you substitute this, if you aim for a 3-400kcal deficit per day, you will be able to aim for a 1kg fat loss in 20 days. This is calculated when you lose 2 kg per month for the purpose of maintaining health, If you aim to burn 700 kcal per day, you can lose more quickly, but it is somewhat not recommended to try to lose weight too quickly, far beyond this. We recommend that you aim for 4-6 months slowly and steadily.
