Я не уверен, правильно ли я понял вопрос, так как перевод не очень гладкий. Обычно делается в виде выдоха при сокращении мышц при выполнении движений. Это также может быть способом поддерживать комфортное дыхание, если интенсивность упражнений низкая, например планка. Думаю, можно сказать, что интенсивность упражнений и контроль дыхания различны в зависимости от ситуации.

You can do it 5 days a week if there is no problem in recovery the next day, and if your exercise performance remains constant. However, this routine is a beginner's version, and if you're used to doing it for 5 days and don't feel the load enough, I personally recommend doing the intermediate routine. I do 2 sets of the intermediate routine once every 3 days.

I think it would be more time efficient to add appropriate load or perform more advanced exercises suitable for high performance. I also basically perform hanging leg raises and heavy crunches with a low number of repetitions and frequency.

It may be different depending on the purpose. If you simply want to improve the clarity of your six pack, you can do 3 sets of full-body workouts on one day, 3 sets of abs workouts on the next day, and simple aerobic exercises on other days. It would also be good to have a diet to control the body fat rate to the target value.

Assuming that you maintain your body fat percentage at around 12-15%, you will be able to observe that the condition of your abdominal muscles improves enough with about 3 weeks of training. After that, you may need to increase the size by increasing the load or increasing the intensity.

I thought that the back pain would get worse due to the abdominal exercises, but I experienced exacerbation of back pain when performing excessive squats or deadlifts. Currently, I don't feel much discomfort in my back even when I do hanging leg raises, l sit ups, and abdominal muscle videos.
