I followed her korean fitness videos and I followed what she said was better to eat and all of her vids helped me so much! I believe in you, also I tried to be more active and was not as lazy as before. I did this workout twice a day but I also workout everyday! YOU got this!!! 🤩🤩

@@zeba2710 if u wanna loose weight just eat less bruh. they might be significantly younger older, a different gender, or a different weight than you, all these factors mean that you guys need different diets and different things will work for you. just eat less and control ur portions and u WILL loose weight (if your brain tells you otherwise remind yourself logically that you WILL loose by eating less and working out).

Начинаю делать эту маленькую тренировочку (каждые три дня буду взвешиваться) Старт: 27.05.2024 ; начальные параметры: 170/61.1кг 27.05 - это было тяжеловато и под конец некоторых упражнений я отдыхала, но тренировку выполнила 28.05 - все тело немного ныло, но тренировку я завершила 29.05 - тело поднывает, но сегодня было легче ^^ тренировка выполнена полностью! My journey wont have any measurements or numbers included because it gets me discouraged when I look at them, but instead, I'll look at my physical profile. I'm a 14 year old, turning 15 in the next school year, and I've always been fat since I was 6. Throughout my life, I've been bullied by my family for how I looked (even had a first grader say I was fat when I was in 4th grade). This caused a lot of stress and low self-estem which lead to depression and suicidal thoughts. I decided that I wanted everyone to shut up so I started to lose weight through dancing which I loved the most. I lost noticable weight in 6th grade but i was still getting bullied by my family. So i continued to lose weight all the way till covid hit which was where everything went downhill. I was almost skinny and I was around 140 at the time (height about 5'3"). I was still getting builled but i got used to it so it didn't matter. As soon as I went into virtual school, I started to eat and eat because I was bored. I gained so much weight to the point I was 190lb. At the time, I didn't know, but I was saw myself in my reflection and saw my double chin and reality hit me. I was so scared to go to my pediatrician that I cried the day before. I got to the doctors and asked my sister if she can stay outside of the doctors office because I was so scared she'd be disappointed, and surprised. I looked at the scale while the nurse was weighing me. It read "80kg". I was heartbroken. My sister realized how upset I was so she didn't tell my parents how much I weighed. Leading to my 9th grade year and around the 2 quarter my dad bombards me with hurtful comments saying, "once you get into college, people with look at me weird and talk about you for how fat you look. Lose some weight." I knew this was obviously wrong but it hurt, but I wasn't going to let him know. I held my tears and went to my room after he left the livingroom. I got so self conscious that I started wondering why the hell am I gaining weight when I'm not even eating a lot, "what the hell is wrong with me". I realized that I was just eating the wrong food. I was only eating chips for lunch and thats about it. I ate nothing else in the day (idk if that's an eating disorder. Because once I ate the chips, I just didnt have an appetite). My other sister's graduations is coming up around May, and I've decided to go out walking around my neighborhood because... idk, it just feels nice but my mom and sister's never really wanted to go with me so I was stuck with nothing. I couldn't work out at my school's fitness center because I couldn't focus. As for my dancing, I lost my motivation to dance which lead to my dancing being rusty and I would get angry at myself for not being good. I also want to say, I do NOT look like I'm around 200lbs and that's because I'm 5'5". I still look fat but not 200lb, which is why I dont look at numbers. All said than done, I decided to make a plan for myself: focus on just doing exercise for now. I plan on learning kpop dances with my friend and using this workout as a warm up. And then once I was done with school, I'll come back and do this workout, most likely before I go to sleep. Also, in the mornings before going to school. [Edits will be put in brackets] [I looked at her channel because she seems like she knows what she's doing 😂 which she does. I found one video on her channel called "10 minute ab and tiny waist workout - beginner friendly" and it seems easy. So I will be doing that with my workout. What I'll most likely do instead is, do this workout as a warm up for when I dance and before I go to school, and then when I get home I do the ab workout! I'm so happy I found your channel! You truly are amazing!] Day 1✅: I just did the workout, one time to get the feel and the 2nd time to go full on. My arms and legs did hurt but I think I'll be okay. I'll try to update as regularly as i can. Day 2✅: I did it in the morning around, 9:22 and ended at 9:29. I didnt feel any sourness when I woke up but when I did the squats, I felt it😭 It doesn't hurt that bad. Anyways, I have to come back and do this again at night but for now, I'll just put a grey checkmark -- It is 9PM right now and I just finished the 9minute ab workout. I changed some moves to other moves in the video because I couldn't, yet, do it😭 That's all for today. I also helped my dad carry heavy stuff to our shed in the backyard so I kinda got some exercise in the day😂 Day 3✅️: I don't know who I thought I was trying to wake up at 5 am to exercise on a school day💀 I didn't dance nor do this exercise this morning but I will try to do the ab workout. After doing it yesterday, my stomach has been hurting all day today, and my thighs feel sore and numb😂 I guess it really is working😅 lol! I did the 9 minute pilates for beginners to excuse my other missed workouts Day 4✅️: I didn't do any workout because once I got back from school, I went straight to sleep. Just did this one for today. I'll see if I can do 3 workouts tomorrow to excuse today's absence of workout

doing this everyday until i get bored **mondays are my rest days (updating weekly) week 1: ✅1x a day week 2:✅2x a day week 3:✅2x a day + 1-2 other small workouts week 4: ✅ 1x a day + strength training and 1-2 small workouts - was sick 3 days week 5: ✅1-2x a day + strength training and dancing week 6:✅1-3x a day + strength training and dancing -on my period, took it a bit lighter week 7: ✅? 1x one day- was sick, results are really showing week 8: ✅ 1-2x a day- was kinda out of it this week week 9: ✅ 1-2x a day + strength training- getting back into it :) week 10: ✅ 1x a day - on my period so i took it light + added 1 extra rest day week 11: ✅ 2x a day update: still doing this just got tired of updating

I DID THE GET TALLER AND SLIMMER TEEN PROGRAM (this workout is apart of it) AND I WENT FROM 106 POUNDS (48.4KG) TO 104 POUNDS (47.6KG) IN A DAYYY OMGG YOUR SO UNDERRATED IM UPDATING Starting weight; 48.4kg Day 1: went from 48.4kg to 47.6kg and my stomach is flatter Day 2: I haven’t did it yet but I’m about to do it now, I weighed myself in the morning and now I’m 47.1kg (I’m usually 47.2kg or higher)
