Been working out to your home KZbin videos for over 2 years now….. if my bf or family sees me working out they all scream “is that MADFIT?!” Lmaoo.. I’m just stopping in to say I’m so thankful for your do able workouts because I had 0 motivation at first….. but your videos have gotten me to.. 2 YEARS of 5 days of week workouts!! You are so talented at what you do and again I am so thankful.. keep it up MADFIT!!! We all love you

I was just working out and searched for a way to tone/reduce arm fat, and I landed here..... This is it, I will give an update after a month. Amen to consistency 🙏

Tried this with 5lb dumbbells, they were way too heavy for these workouts! I think I need to invest in 2 or 3lbers! The 5 minute workouts are always the most intense!

Hi, Maddy! Could you please educate us a little about doming during abs focused exercises? Is it actually a thing to avoid? I feel anxious every now and then as i stumbled upon that video telling me such belly position being caused by lack of proper muscle engagement. So, if you're ever to elaborate on this topic, i'd be so glad

I think it would be preferable to use 2-3 kg weighed dumbbells. I have the 3 kg ones in my home so I am gonna try it with those.
