heyy!! i’m not emi but still, you can rest about 2-3 times a week (if you meant regularly) and if you’re doing strength trainings the time of recovery should be increased (but also it all should be based on your body condition and how do you feel)

Just stick to one excercise at a time.. if u r beginner then go with easy workouts.. do one excercise for a week if you feel it easy go for a harder one.. Also you can eperiment with these excercises by adding any other exc video of her with the regular.. Believe me or not her workout videos have been most effective for me as compared to others..
