I have been diagnosed with severe arthritis throughout my whole body, and I am in pain all day. I have bone on bone that is why it's painful. I am going to start exercising in the chair and try to get fit and lose weight. Thank you for making these videos I am so encouraged.

Good morning, Donovan….I stumbled upon your video after “GET FIT WITH RICK” whom I love!!!! I was looking to add to some seated weight workouts when I found you. I am a 76 year old baby boomer who doesn’t want to grow up…(or OLD). YOU ARE JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!!! You do realize that I did shrugs in the beginning and I even said quick warm up right? Also it’s 5 minutes. You can use this entire video as your warm up. As for stretching, I just don’t follow what everyone else thinks. You can stretch all on your own. Or do one of my stretching videos.
