Keep up the effort!! You can do it. I was overweight as a teenager and it is very hard to do. in 2017 after a lifelong battle with weight I began making steps towards a healthier lifestyle and went on to lose 110 lb. I am hoping this helps both you and I! I still have more to lose.

Congratulations!! My children started going a lot of weight when mom started working and their dad would order only fast food for them I started to notice it and I bought them bikes and we walk around the track too, I enjoy this trainer too because he is funny 😁 keep up working out you can reach your goal weight 💯

You need to control your diet first. There is no amount of exercise that will make you lose any fat if you eat too much. Exercise isn't for losing weight, but for strength and mobility. How fat you are is 100% down to how much you eat and the quality of that food. Processed food = bad Natural food = good ; oranges = good, soft drinks = bad. Take care!

I am a 64 year old long time runner. The pandemic left me on a treadmill for my morning workouts. My hip flexors have suffered considerably, so I went looking for something that focuses on those muscles. This is perfect! Lower belly fat burn exercises - love this and I love your enthusiasm and encouragement to keep going - thank you for more of these specific exercises. At 65, with hips, knees and arthritis problems, these chair exercises are just what is needed. And of course that lower belly fat which is so difficult to shift despite a good diet!

I am 37 and working to get the little bit of belly fat that I got when I was recovering from ankle surgery. I would be interested in your answer to that question about alternating this workout so that it is not done every day. From my understanding body parts should not be worked out 2 days in a row but that is only if (heavy?) weights are used. Would love your opinion.

I do this 3 days a week now during my lunch. Don't sleep on this workout because it is short. If the effort is there, you will be ready to stop once it is done.lol Thanks Donovan! Your teaching is yet another part of regiment which has contributed to about 45 pounds of weight loss now. I was 316, now I am 255 and will be 250 by the end of the week. Thanks again!

I am a mature woman in good health (thank God) and mostly a lean shape with weight issues in the midsection. I would like to see more belly fat busting exercises along with trimming the waistline and triceps exercises. Keep up the good job and keep cracking us up!! Ciao.

But this is complete bullshit. Ab exercises DON'T burn belly fat. SPOT REDUCTION IS A PHYSIOLOGICAL IMPOSSIBILITY!!!!! And the comment about heat and belly fat is nonsensical gibberish. The guy is just another common video fitness fraud.

Great exercise, I can do some insane abs, pull-ups while doing sit-ups, sit-ups while wearing rollerblades, planks, etc.. but my lower abs don’t want to listen. I started this series today and I’ll go Gun-ho on it for the next fifteen days. I’ll keep you posted.

This is amazing, I have never been able to do sit ups or crunches without my lower back just killing me. And this was even when I was 24, now I am 43 and this exercize is amazing. I was able to do it with no issue. Thanks man, I have until June 10th to get my abs ready for this outfit for my event.

@@dorothyrichardson3141This is definitely abs. Even more so if you keep them tight while doing the workout. It is our abs that aid in lifting the legs while sitting, not our butts. It would be a butt workout if we were standing and lifting the legs backwards, so I do see where you are coming from though

needed this, approaching 59 got belly fat which i can get rid of its all about discipline and consistency, im in day two, hopefully see results by december or sooner, need to start looking decent in my t shirts, i also do step ups and sit ups on a chair, so im on a mission!!
