Can this Asana be done by patients suffering from Spinal Arthropathy ? because the orthopedicians do not advice this kind of bending movements of spine . Look forward to your valuable feedback.

It’s always a good idea to consult with a doctor or physical therapist before starting a yoga practice. I am 68 years old I have lower back problems I did knee replacements last year I can’t do any Ashan any suggestions .
