So true. I used to get chest pain as I lift off my bag and shoulder & upper back pain while lifting on the bag , I used to feel difficulty in breathing too. Once I did not bring one book to minimize a little weight and I got roughly scolded and punished in front of the whole class.

Today i kept my spine straight whole day from morning till night . This bring a drastic change in my life . I experienced that my body got filled with energy and my mood remained happy full day . Bad posture is the main reason for laziness and sad mood

A year ago ,I also had the back problem and the doctor suggested me to wear a belt and do the same exercises he told in this video. My back pain is gone now. I can verify that these yogasana work for sure

4:02 - Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), do it for 1-2 mins. 5:02 - Pawanmukta Asana, do it for 1-2 mins. 6:06 Cobra pose is helpful. Neck Circles (3 clockwise, 3 anti-clockwise), Chin Tucks (10-15 times) and Backward Shoulder Rotaions (10-15 times)
