It did work... I did it for first time today, 5 minutes! And I've got some relief from the lower back pain that has been killing me since morning. I hope it vanishes bcz I'm planning on to continue this daily!

Had the worst pain due to stress/ anxiety and no mobility lifestyle (excess work) in recent days. This stretch made my body so relaxed. And i feel so much better after following this.

At the age of 20 I'm suffering from lower back pain due to all day sitting nd studying the same way.. But now I'm also focusing on my healthy diet nd yoga or excercise on daily basis... Also suffering from pcos 😔 but now its enough of this I can nd i will Har har Mahadev 🙏🔱❤️

Will these asanas help a botched discetomy/fusion(non union of fusion) & botched spinal-tap(leading to bloodpatch)? Cannot find any relief after trying many, many things. Need to find a way to, at least, hide the pain so I can work. Thank you, Dr.
