This was just what I needed and can do. Loved that it was only 5 minutes and no equipment needed. Just gentle enough for my spinal stenosis as well. I would definitely be interested in inner thigh and arm workouts similar to this.

Loved the 5 minute workout. Quick and easy to do early in the morning before running to work! No favorites here bc they were all great! I would def love more 5 minute workouts. Love your content Jacquelyn!

Did this after a 20 minute leg workout!!! Great burnout! I would love a 5/10 minute glutes workout(not as focused on outer glutes!!!)

@@ActionJacquelyn an inner thighs would be awesome no matter the length!! or a workout to improve jumps. I know the last one sounds a bit weird but I am taking ballet classes and I suck at them lol ♥

Action Jacquelyn I really like workouts under 10 minutes. I don’t like to do cardio workouts very much but I like workouts that help me build muscle.

Thks you AJ. The most difficult movement is that my elbows hold my head while sleeping on my side. My elbow is still working, it's not perfect at all hehehe .....
