I can't wait to try this workout . Ive just had my 2nd covid jab and my arm aches, so i have to wait a few days😕. I love the background with the beach and ocean view... So peaceful!!

Great question - absolutely you can!! Create your own resistance (imagine moving arms through thick mud) you will DEFINITELY feel it + gain strength!!
