You can lose weight fast with no hard exercises and no dieting. Just try this 5-minute super effective fat burning workout you can do right in your bed.
The exercises will help you work out your thighs and legs, making them strong and perfectly toned. Glute bridge exercise strengthens your core, improves your posture, shapes your buttocks, and it's not even the whole list of its benefits. Russian twist is a real godsend for any workout! It engages all the abdominal muscles, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and strengthens the muscles on the side of the abdomen, which are usually very difficult to get. The bicycle crunches exercise works out your upper, middle and lowers abs all at the same time. Crisscross is quite a challenging exercise, as it trains your entire core. It strengthens your abs and lower back. Reverse crunches mostly train your lower abs, and hip and thigh muscles, including iliopsoas, tensor fasciae latae, quadriceps and adductors.
Don't forget to breathe correctly and keep your back straight while doing the exercises. The results will truly amaze you.

SUMMARY
-Lift one leg as high as you can, keeping it at a 90° angle. Lower it back to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
-Raise the buttocks as you're lying on your back. Stay in this position and slowly go to the tightest you can.
-Lay on your side with your hips exactly above each other, raise the top leg up and slowly return it to the initial position.
-Start seated with your knees bent, slightly lean back and lift the feet. Slowly twist the torso to one side, get back to the initial position, and then slowly twist to the other side.
-Bend your elbows making sure that they are directly beneath your shoulders. Your body should form a straight line and remain in this position for 30 seconds.
-Lie flat with your hands behind your head, then bring your knees in towards your chest. Straighten one leg while turning your upper body to the opposite side, bringing your elbow towards the opposite knee.
-Lie on your back and lift your legs up while keeping them straight. Bring one ankle over the other and switch in a crisscross motion down to the diagonal.
-Lift your feet up off the ground and tuck your knees in toward your chest as you crunch your upper body up. Crunch both your lower and upper body together then let your upper body back down.
-Lie on your back with your knees together, and your legs bent to 90 degrees. Slowly crunch your knees lifting your hips off the floor.
-Lie on your stomach and extend both of your arms out in front of you. Stretch your arms as far out as you can while still keeping your elbows slightly straight. Lift your legs and arms off the ground, pause, and get back to the initial position.

I did these and I lost about 6 kg in 2 weeks!!. For everyone who's going to ask .... I did one time in the afternoon and one before going to sleep. I didnt d it in the morning because i have school and i am dead af in the morning .And no.... I didn't do any diet with it.

In case you guys want results: I did the exercises everyday last year and during the first week it was a little effective. After that week, I noticed that I lost 1 Kg. During the second week, my body got more used to the exercise and it was easier to finish them. I did this exercise for three weeks and lost 3 kg from 42kg to 39kg. It does work 😌

This was the video I used to start my weight loss journey. I started to eat healthy and get rid of my bad habits. And of course I progressed to more advanced workouts as I got stronger. There are many ups and downs through this journey, but I’ve managed to maintain my patience and consistency (for the most part). This is currently my 14th week into this journey and I’ve managed to lose about 13 kg (28.66 lbs) and I’m still going strong. If you want to give up, think of why you started. Trust me, this journey is absolutely life-changing and you won’t regret it. And don’t call it a ‘diet’. This is only a short-term plan to lose weight that you will only gain back once you return to normal eating habits. Make it a lifestyle. The first few weeks are the toughest, but as your body adapts, you’ll be craving healthy food. I recommend watching a lot of weight loss videos. Those will help and give you a lot of insight. No pain no gain. Good luck!

extremely effective, i lost 4 pounds in 2 days, i did it along water fasting for best results. ill share you my plan for your results! be aware, this isn’t very healthy. you need to be determined to loose weight, to be able to. first thing in the morning: drink lemon detox, my recipe is a whole 2 quarts of water, with 2 lemons. (drink a cup) evening/afternoon: do this workout once, at 2 pm. and a couple hours later, do the workout 4 times. nighttime: drink a cup of detox water, 2 hours before bedtime. then do any source of 30 minute cardio. when you wake up, take off your clothes, weigh yourself, and you will see you have lost 1 - 2 pounds. (if you don’t, it’s not me. it depends on your body type. personally i am a person with a fast metabolism, because i am still young.) p.s i don’t recommend doing this more than 6 times a day.

Yt Kota i wouldn't recommend wearing crop tops til maybe 9th grade but if you feel confident about it then go ahead! 😊 my hs allows crop tops so... I never wore one last school year though. I'm planning on wearing them more now that I'm in 10th lol

The day i am posting this comment is May 2nd, 2019. It's Thursday and i am going to update on next Thursday to say if it worked or not. I am going to workout 2 times a day, in the morning and before i go to bed. (I started working out today) See ya!✌😎 Ok so its May 7th and my body shape didnt change much but thats because things got in my way so i didnt have time to exercise much. But i am starting to see some mucels over my body so what my answer is, thees exercises work!😊 Just a few more weeks and i belive that your whole body will change. I will update again next Thursday to tell you the results and this time i will try my best to do it with out things getting in my way!😊

claire ng. Yes I'm 11 years old and I went to 20 Kg in 7 days! Everyday after doing this exercise,I will drink a energy protein to give me energy and not so tired and after that i will go out for a run for 1 hr and then go home and rest and shower and remember don't eat too much sweet things or eat a lot of food or any food that's not good for you ~Thank you for asking!

It's effective for me! I've been doing this set of exercise for 1 month and 3 weeks now , I've been really obsessed with small waist and thighs cause some of my clothes doesn't really fit me anymore so I tried doing this exercise now those clothes are really fit to my body now , my waist used to be 28inch but now it's only 26 nearing 25. But I didn't do any diet just exercise. edit-+- Oh my I just weighed my self today and from 55 I've gone down to 49👀❤️

Day 1: lemme try this. Starting wieght 134 lb. Day 2: feels a little sore Week: 1 lost 4 pounds and 1 inch Week: 2 lost 10 pounds with 2 inches I will keep you updated on this For whoever is asking i do it 2 times in the morning and 2 times at night i also run for 30 min and changed my eating plan

I did this workout today and yesterday, not in bed but on the carpet, haven't noticed any results so far but I'll keep going and updating Day 1: 1x before sleep Day 2: 2x before sleep

Hello everyone. I can personally vouch for this workout video. I literally felt a burning sensation when doing this video. My tip make sure to keep a bottle of water near you😂😂. I notice that my back and legs got slimmer after just 2 days and I'm not joking. I kept doing this and I look and feel much more confident then I did before. Doing this before bed (: and a healthy diet! DAY 1: I did this workout at around 12: something AM😂😂 it burned but that’s good 😈😈! I forgottt oops! I found a new workout 😂 and subliminals - totally recommend!

It really works for me. I just follow this exercises .. Before bedtime. And afternoon. Plus doing diet. Eating atleast 1 boiled egg a day, green tea, oatmeal with banana side dish or apple, drink plenty of water everyday. Doing only this diet every single day. Then I got a flat belly just for 1 week💪💪

*>* Day 1: okay so it’s not that tiring but I’m doing 2 other bright side exercises so it might turn out different also I’m eating regularly. Day 2: no pain no gain right? lol it’s wasn’t too hard and it hurts a little but it’s because of the other 2 exercises btw y’all skipping meals don’t help it makes your muscles weaker to the pain and gives your a bad pain tolerance. ( well for me it does )
