Ava Chavous ok so I emitted all the juices and stuff and stuck to lemon water and decaf green tea, no sugar. I also added low sugar fruits and zero calorie veggies to snack on. I also took 1 tbsp of moringa every am. In one week, down 18 pounds. No joke!

8 am: Lemon juice + warm water 10 am: orange or Apple juice + warm water 12 pm: green tea 1 pm: carrot juice + cold water 3 pm: favourite tea 5 pm: favourite juice 7 pm: green tea 9 pm: grapefruit juice + water 10 pm: Lemon juice + warm water That should save you some valuable time ❤️

For anyone that wants to loose weight but doesn’t like exercise, try something like walking 30 mins every other day or dance/Zumba for an hour every other day. I started last Sunday and i can see improvement but I would also recommend doing an intermittent fast. It’s when you have a specific time window to eat, and if you don’t like that when do portion control. Eat what u want but in smaller portions. Hope this helps!

I can't believe it actually works! I did this "diet" yesterday with high hopes. Today I stood on the scale and I lost 3 pounds!! Also my stomach was so bloated in the past few weeks but it's much smaller and flatter now😆 Thank you BRIGHT SIDE!

HERE IS THE DIET: 1.) 8:00 AM - A glass of warm water with some lemon juice. 2.) Around 10:00 AM - Warm water with apple or orange juice. 3.) 12:00 PM - A cup of green tea. (I don't drink tea though, so I have no idea how that's gonna work out for me. I will just have warm lemon water again?) 4.) 1:00 PM - A glass of cold water with carrot juice. 5.) 3:00 PM - A cup of your favorite tea. (Again. No tea. So, I will just have warm lemon water again.) 6.) 5:00 PM - A glass of your favorite juice. 7.) 7:00 PM - Another cup of green tea. (Honestly, IDEK about me. If anyone else knows what I could do to substitute the tea for something else, comment plz.) 8.) 9:00 PM - A glass of water with grapefruit juice. 9.) 10:00 PM - A glass of warm water with some lemon juice. (I will probably be sick and tired of this by the end of the day. LOL!) And there you have it, folks. You're welcome. Also, if you want to watch the diet portion on your own, it is at 3:50. One more thing: there was a lot of talk in the comments about not eating during this diet. No, you do not eat during this diet. You only consume the stuff on the list. The liquids. If you're having a hard time staying away from the food, distract yourself with something productive. Do a short (or long) cardio workout. Anyways, I just felt like these vids take way too long to get the point. *Hugs and kisses.*

Workout to do before you go to bed: 1 minute of sit-ups (at your own pace) 1 minute of burpees 10 pushups 50 jumping jacks 1 minute of squat jumps And you can always modify by doing the amount of comphortable ones... I have videos I can link for like EVERY insecurity, I don’t recommend bright side (sorry!) But the channel Muscle watching, Is so amazing! (:

Since nobody givin answers, im gonna do this for 3 days and ill come back with results, pinky promise🤙 Long story short, it did work for me, it slimmed down my belly a bit, I did cut down on my eating to mostly fruits, veggies, raisins and crackers just to name a few snacks, highly recommend but please do this diet with caution

it's not just the internet, it's also people! i feel you, i was the same when i was ten. everybody has their flaws and imperfections, and it's important to look past them. if you feel like your weight is a problem, talk to your caretaker(s) and/or doctor to see what they recommend. :D remember to take care of yourself!

You should be able to find at least a couple healthy foods you like. Don't force yourself into eating healthy foods you hate, or it'll just be miserable for you. When you find some you like, eat those. You can also try *slowly* changing your current eating habits to a healthier one, instead of making this huge change in one day, just to make it slightly easier for yourself. I used to drink sugary drinks every single day(about 30-50g of sugar from drinks alone), but I slowly drank less and less each day-week, so now, I rarely drink sugary drinks. Can't miss something you've (sorta) forgotten the taste of, right? The first couple of days weren't exactly the easiest, but it got easier as time went on. Hope this helps you:d

Another way to loose weight! If you're a k-pop fan , you may know how hard the choreographies are .... So here is a routine which I'm doing, Week - 1 ( Dance for any k-pop song of your choice and learn the choreo, dance for 3 times in the morning, 3 in the evening and 2 before or after eating dinner. Keep check on your weight every week and try to see a difference, i lost 80g in one week (i did skip 3 days so couldn't complete it 😂 Also don't extremely stress out yourself, start with lighter moves... Songs i would recommend, Twice - Dance the night away Itzy - wannabe Younite - everybody Le sserafim - fearless Ive - love dive Ateez - fireworks TXT - moa diary Stray kids - Maniac and etc... Hope this helps 🔥

My stomach, which is usually somewhat flat but can look bloated at times, looks SUPER flat. It was really hard just drinking liquids all day and ngl I got tempted to eat food a lot. I encourage people to try it out. Don’t give up you got this!💞 Edit: I would only recommend doing this before a special event in which you would like your stomach to look flatter at. I don’t think the results r permanent but temporary. Take note im not an expert on this :)💕 edit: hey guys if i’m being honest i literally tried this diet like once or twice. idk if it’s worth it since the results r temporary. maybe find another option or if you want to give it a try ☺️

Marycruz Mondragon I kinda went off what they told me to do but made some of my own modifications. I drank like 3 cups of green tea, lots of water, 2 cups of orange juice, and 2 cups of grape juice (considering I got to drink some yummy juices it wasn’t so bad). I didn’t do exactly what they suggested but this worked for me. My stomach became noticeably flatter but for longer results I suggest doing this cleanse a couple times :)

Krrish Gladiator the cleanse is a liquid diet isn’t it? I mean you could probably maybe eat something small like an apple or something Idrk. That’s why it was hard for me because I got really hungry haha. Take note that the time span is only one day :)

Alright I see some comments saying "I'm 12" and your watching these videos it's very normal since 12 year old are going thru puberty If you're 12 and you want to be more skinny that's okay just make sure you have a healthy diet and exercise alot even if there are people saying "oh you're 12 you shouldn't be thinking about this stuff" dont listen to them there is no shame in wanting a better body just remember to have a healthy diet and exercise alot and drink lots of water Never starve yourself and always have positive thoughts when exercising

I’m too young for this. So if your too young for this skipping meals, just eat a bit less and drink only water and aim for about 3 bottles a day. It worked for me.

Alright, I'm sick of seeing comments like: "I will try it tomorrow, I'll tell you if it works!" then don't reply. So this Saturday I'm going to try it, and on Sunday I'll tell you if it works. Edit: Almost Saturday! Edit: Right, it's Saturday and I'm going to try this now. Also, I'm not going to add any sugar to my tea or drinks during this, I'm going to try and eat as healthy as I can today. I recommend that for you guys too. I'm hoping this will boost the results. Hey! It's Sunday! I tried this and it DOES work, I noticed some change in the morning. I didn't do this properly but I still had some change :). I'm going to try this again I recommend you all to do this exactly how it tells you. For the best results. Edit: Yes you should eat and for best results you should portion your food throughout the day. Yes you need to etlat and I reccomend eating healthily when you do this. Don't add sugar to the drinks and try not to have any necessary sugary things during that day. When you have the lemon drink, I reccomend using half or a full squeezed lemon with some warm/hot water. Or if you have lemon juice you could use that too.

@@TheJackbilly well, that depends. I lost 20lbs within 3 days of giving birth to my 1st. But by 8 weeks with my second, I had only lost 11lbs. It really depends on the individual and their particular pregnancy. I must have had a lot of water weight or something with my son.

You lose 5-7 pounds if you drink 4-5 cups of tea a day for a week. People are upset that they didn’t lose any weight with the first day. This video was just a way to detox your body. That way it’s clean and can continue this diet for an outcome of weight loss.

Xoxo Xoxox the one that works the most is green tea. Throughout my process I drank green tea and dandelion tea. I’m not sure about the milk with tea, but definitely recommend trying it out to see if it works. Just make sure to drink 4-5 cups a day 😉 I personally did not drink tea every day but when I did, I lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks, and lost a couple inches around my waist.

Yes it works because when we only drink liquid it will obviously leave our weight a few pounds less plus today I'm trying it out so I'll be updating everyone It's my day 2 yesterday I lost about 1 kg as I didnt eat anything and at night i finally ate
