Doing this for 2 weeks (prob more if I like the results) Day: 1 ✅ it was good Day 2: ✅ decided to try running 4 miles a week to help burn more belly fat! Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ it defined my abs a little Day 5: ✅ there’s more detail and I’m starting to see a line 💪🏽💪🏽 Day 6: ✅ felt the burn and decided to try dieting Day 7: ✅ it still burns but I feel good and im starting to see the details 😋 Day 8: ✅ I was out of breath 😭😭 but it really strengthened my core updating tomorrow since I’m gonna be coming back to this video!!

I’m a 6’8 professional basketball player who can bench 315lbs and could even get through half this 5 minute routine😅. Just stopping by to give credit where it’s due. Great workout! Definitely adding it to my routine 😅

Day 1: Workout 3x - 64 cm Day 2: Workout 3x - definitely feeling the burn, when I sucked my stomach in saw line down middle, when I didn’t, saw it slightly Day 3 (late): Still burn, same as day 2 Day 4: first exercise started not burning, barely felt

I've been doing this for 8 weeks everyday. And I noticed it has become easier for me to do this. It became like my comfort exercise. Maybe you can make something like this but a little bit harder.😅 Thank youuuu ❤️

doing these for a month and i see progress i'll continue day 1: wow. that burned. it did feel good tho and did go by quickly day 2 : same again feels really good and tight afterwards tho. day 3 : reallly felt like giving up but i really don't want to so i did it. The second exercise is really the toughest one for me

Can things like twists and the leg-based excercises work without the crunch type excercises? I have a wonky neck and crunches really hurt; the last thing I want to do is injure myself. Thanks!

1- doing this on top of another workout ( for my arms ) I do horseback and need to get stronger, my core is 100% my weakest point so this hurt so bad 2- I felt like I was gonna throw up a few times but I did it
