Life is busy. It is so easy to get swept away in our thoughts. With this five-minute mindfulness meditation, practice tapping into this moment to develop peace in life.
This meditation is designed to quickly press reset and bring about calm in just five minutes. This is a great technique for any time of day.
For the best results, practice meditation consistently in a way that suits you best.
Headphones recommended for optimal experience. Do not listen while driving.

I love this meditation. The soft, repetitive piano key in the background coupled with your gentle delivery leaves me with ASMR tingles, and a sense of relaxed peace. Thank you!

I did this today and have used this meditation several times. I'm so grateful for it. It's wonderful and being short is so helpful on days when I wouldn't otherwise have time to practice at all. What a better day I will have now!!

Yet again another helpful meditation. I did this one standing as well. I have done 3 of yout meditations in row. 20mis complete breathing, new beginning and this, I am appeased. Much obliged. NAMASTE.

Your voice is so smoothing, relaxes me immediately. I needed a quick fix, just to get over a quick panic attack. Didnt feel like a long meditation (that I do in the mornings and nights). Thank you

I suggest, please avoid using words like 'surrounded by stress' during the meditation process, words make a deep impact especially when someone is in meditation.

Very well suggested. Instead of surrounded with stress, “in need of relaxation and calm” could be used. Sara is so amazing and has helped thousands with her lovely voice and words.
