Hey bro love your content, a few months ago I commented how I was gonna join the army. Well the army doesn't like asthma apparently and because of the new program MHS Genesis, I can't lie about it to get in. Asthma doesn't affect me at all, today I ran 2 miles at a 6:30 pace and then finished it off with 1k push-ups, I'm not a fitness god but I think that's good enough to get in but I guess it isn't so I'll have to find something else to do. Great videos tho dude💪🇺🇲

@@GrittySoldier yeah I kick my own asthmas ass😂Its allergy related so physical exercise doesn't affect me. I also haven't had an asthma attack or used an inhaler since I was about 6 years old, I think I can still join the army but it's gonna be a paperwork nightmare

@~Steve~ not yet I'm looking for a way to possibly get it off my medical record before I go, I talked to a recruiter and he said to get tests and proof that I no longer suffer from asthma and it's a time consuming process

@matt7185 I had to get waivers to get back in the Army after a break in service. Fight through the nonsense and you'll eventually get a waiver, wif your run pace the Army needs you. You're a stud.

Yes. It is through exercises like this. They put your muscles into extreme stress BEFORE the workout to ensure you push beyond where you would normally have to stop. This will accelerate your increase of stamina exponentially compared to simply doing the exercise to failure. Hope this helps!

Hey Gritty, not sure if I'm doing something wrong with push ups or if I just need to work on my flexibility, but my wrists hurt after any kind of pushup routine.

as long as your form is proper, that will go away in time. Your wrists have to grow just like the rest of your body, they just do it slower since it’s not really muscular, more ligaments or whatever idk I’m not a doctor. But trust me, it does go away
