U obviously haven't excersised regularly. Shoulders should be just as toned as arms. Excess weight also makes creapy arms and shoulders.

Hi, I previously watched your videos and subscribed, with intent on exercising along. However, my recent blood and cholesterol check calls for immediate body action and healthy diet on my part. This morning I just completed the arm workout. I feel my blood flowing, heart pumping and breathing heavier. My shoulders are fatigued but this is all great. Thank you for putting out these videos. Now if I can get my feet to be bouncy like yours. 😅

I love this short but firey routine. It's so amazingly simple but in the end you can feel the workout on your arms. What i love about shelley is that she gives me 5min routines which is all i can do in the morning. I do the 5min stretch then one other daily and i feel great. Hi, I’m so in love with your videos. I’m addicted! I am a 63-year-old woman just turned 63 this June, happily just retired and loving life. I have always exercised, over 30 years now. This lockdown made me go to KZbin because of the gyms being closed.. I am so happy in fact I no longer belong to the gym my gym is in my living room every day with you! I am feeling fabulous mentally, and physically but still suffer from low back and neck pain.. my question is, can you a recommend A pillow for me because my neck and back are horrible. I’ve tried almost every pillow that I can and nothing seems to work.. I also have acupuncture done on a weekly basis which helps me tremendously but I need a good pillow. I’m a side sleeper please help! I do the low back and the neck exercises daily some days are 100% and some days it doesn’t seem to lessen the pain but I know regardless exercising is absolutely 100% beneficial so can you please recommend a pillow. And please keep your videos on TV I absolutely love them💯💃💃💃

Not sure if it will help but I use a pillow that can be molded around my neck and head. I got it at Costco years ago and it was called a Bamboo pillow. It appears to be filled with chunky cut up foam-like material. It can be fluffed up or flattened. I put it mostly under my neck for support. Like you, I am a side sleeper with low back pain and neck pain. I have been working on training myself to sleep on my back and it has made a huge difference in how I feel when I wake up in the morning. It is much better for our bodies and helps prevent face wrinkles, morning puffiness and chest wrinkles. I never thought about this before. I learned this tip from Angie with Hot and Flashy Channel on KZbin.
