Exercises sb theek hoti hyn ....they do work... But thing to highlight is to go in calorie deficit diet.. Workout k bgair koi muscle ni bnta ..or muscle k bgair koi shape ni ati .. keep in mind .

My sis chewed chewing gums (she isn't fat she's fit) she had chubby cheeks but after using chewing gums she now has a perfect face & jawline. Chewing gums work (unless you're fat)

@@rajsanwaria4228 I'm myself doing it and I'm already seeing results in just a few days (I'm slim myself but face is a bit bulky) I chew for 1-2 hours daily now it depends on you that how many gums you wanna take but you should chew for at least 1 hour daily ( I chew one gum daily). Make sure it's not too sugary because sugar is bad for a good face and overall body.

I literally wanna know about scapular winging becoz I always watch your mostly all videos which is scientific way and gives a proper knowledge about muscle. I'm suffering from scapula wings and always feel less confident . So please make a complete solution about all types of scapula problem. I think this is the Major issue becoz there is lots of problems facing when we pull ups and push ups as well.
