5 Months of Carnivore(ish)

After 5 months, progress has slowed with regard to weight loss, but as this wasn't a primary goal, I would say progress is solid, because I still feel GREAT. Short video this time to check in.

Remember that cholesterol numbers are not relevant. Keep your triglycerides low
