Usually if you notice the symptoms of baldness, it means you already have less than 30% of your hair left. So a preventive visit to a trichologist never hurt. Maybe you're already going bald, it'll just be a couple more years before it's noticeable to the naked eye.
its crazy how few people take the time to address men's anxiety over stuff like this. cheers Edit: Thanks for the likes. I'm not trying to start a discussion over which gender is more supportive over this sort of thing. I'm just praising someone for taking the time of day that's all.

The main idea is 2 products that are for the same purpose rather than if they’re 2 diff brands; e.g., volume-enhancing for both or 1 of those and something quite different like straightening so your hair doesn’t get ‘confused’, I think. So many young people today view their first changes in hair density as an indication that they will be full on bald in no time. That is not always - and usually not ever the case. As an older guy - 57, who is fortunate enough to have a Keanu Reeves like head of hair - I've watched friends and coworkers hair change over decades. Some did indeed go right to bald. Many others, lost a small amount - maybe got some recession, but still have kept their hair for decades.

Thanks a lot. I have a widows peak. And I was freaking out as many of my friends have a circular hair line
@CAJfur4 жыл бұрын
You did ease my mind bro, thank you. The biggest things I've been worrying about is the widow's peak thing, baby hairs around your hair line (mostly the ones at the temples), how it looks when my hair is wet, and the crown of your head, seeing the scalp. I knew it was all normal, but it's nice to here someone say it is in fact normal.

Same bro, I have those baby hairs on my hairline, I was very bad thinking I was going bald. And also those baby hairs are really anoying, I have grown my hair for a year and i cant make some styles because those baby hairs are there. Im just 18. I dont have hair loss, just the problem of the baby hairs and the hairline. But Im using dermaroller and reomero oil for those baby hair.

@@alejandrobriga1158 Yeah, that sucks dude. I have a feeling I'm gonna have the same problem then with my baby hairs on my hairline. Though as of right now I'm only like 5 or 6 months in to growing my hair out. I really with I started growing my hair when I was younger like 17 or 18. Hey if I may ask, what are those products you mentioned, and what do they do to the baby hair? I thought you just had to deal with them...

Thank you SO MUCH! I"m 37 y.o. now, and I allways had a big forehead (family trait) but in the last 2 years I noticed that my hairline moved back about half an inch and all my "middle age crisis" started to come to my head (no pun intended). Knowing that hairlines tend to naturally move as we age makes me way more confident that I'm not getting bald.
@covfefe17877 ай бұрын
past 30 you are unlikely to go totally bald. You might some hair but you will never be horshoe type bald.

I've been concerned about the thinner hairs, and wet hair for so long now. Thank you so much for making this.

my hair has definitely thinned a ton over time. at the start of this year it was so thick that it was more of an afro than anything and now I can see my scalp all the way back to my crown edit: 2 years later im coming back to this video after forgetting i left a comment here. but theres nothing to worry about. if your hairs thinning in any way mine did, its because you're being too rough with it. ive decided to cut it and go with a shorter look because the long hair just didn't suit me. but after cutting it it grew right back. dont dye it, dont bleach it, dont comb through it like you're starting a lawn mower on top of your head. also dont believe any of that bs about how showering less often will cause your scalp to produce less oil. for about a year i only showered every 5 days. i stunk, and most of all, my hair was just as greasy as ever. i could have rung my hair out into a diesel lawn mower and have it mow a football field.

I'm 23 and I've been growing my hair out for over 3 years now. Recently I noticed that the hair at the crown of my head is slightly thinner than the hair around it and I started panicking. My hairline isn't receding at all though, so this video saved me from purchasing minoxidil spray that I don't need lol

Really appreciate this video. I have actually been dealing with early stage of balding and think I've been able to stabalize it with low dose of finasteride and less stressing. But now it's very easy to freak out about these normal things and misinterpreted it as my treatment not working. Thank you for reminding me it's all good

So, what you're saying is that I'm most likely transitioning from my juvenile hairline to mature hairline? Or, I simply never cared or noticed before. And what I'm seeing around the temples are normal baby hair. I've been pretty confused about this since I don't shed that much hair.
