You suck at research. Lorie Tackett who murdered Shanda Sharer did not do it because of some love triangle. They barely knew Shanda. Shanda was only 12 years old. She wasn't dating anyone. You got some wrong information somewhere. You are talking about lesbian relationships between Shanda and one of them and the fact is Shanda had no relationship with any of them. In fact she barely knew them. They killed her because they were jealous of her. She was pretty and they didn't like that she was popular at school. Yes I am old and I remember when this happened. I also happen to be from Louisville. I remember this like it was yesterday. The 12 year old Shanda was not dating anyone at all. Maybe you should actually get your facts straight before you make these videos.

Yes, it has left a similar mark on me. I honestly didn't think that it couldn't be done, but by golly!! I have apprehension about entering the woods, and several other phobias that I never would have dreamed would happen. I have been a huge fan of horses, literally all of my life, and have been an avid rider my whole life. The woods are the place to be when it comes to trail riding.....plus.....I live in the woods, literally. I may have to stop listening to these as stories, as I live alone, there is no back up for me. I don't think I can stop though. I'm addicted!!! Good luck to you about your fears!!! 😊❤️

As someone with borderline personality disorder, I have to say that we aren’t all murderers or sadists. Bpd makes it so that your feelings are on 200 percent at all times. We often have psychosis and delusions. We split, and can feel like someone is amazing one minute, and then they’re the devil incarnate in the next. There’s a lot of negativity about bpd online. Just remember, it’s considered one of the most painful mental health disorders out there. We aren’t monsters. We’re hurting. We love and hate 2x as much as a normal person. Some people with borderline do bad things, but they don’t speak for us all. We’re actively trying to get better 💜

Having been in a relationship with someone with BPD for 13 years and having been friends with others who suffered from it as well as talking to medical professionals both during my partners visits with them and in a personal capacity during and after my relationship, to my knowledge BPD is the only mental health disorder that gets better as people grow older and also the only one people can overcome by making a conscious effort. The frank truth about it as I have been told numerous times is that it is all a huge cry for attention and people getting over it do so often because at a certain age, their peers and surroundings are no longer accepting their ways of attracting attention. They learn that they do not need to be extreme in order to be loved - no, that being less extreme makes them MORE loved - and they are re-conditioned to be more pleasant people to deal with and be happier themselves. Having made the mistake of enabling my ex, so she was not inclined to grow, I now support telling people with BPD to stop pretending it is out of their control. For their sake. You may not see it as such, but not going into extreme behaviors is truly a choice. It may be hard at first, but I promise you that most people will react positively to it and you will feel more empowered and proud (and happier) once you can keep your emotions in check. There are only very rare cases where this is something that requires permanent medication. I hope you will not take this comment as an attack; I just feel that after doing it wrong with my ex, I owe it to other people with BPD to straight-up tell them: you are not a victim of your condition; you can almost certainly overcome it. For me personally, the breaking point came after 13 years of giving attention day and night, during psychotic episodes, dissociations, etc., comforting, taking verbal (and later physical) abuse, listening to wild theories about awful therapists (those who told her facts she did not want to hear) and driving her around like a chauffeur. Nowadays, I stay away from people with BPD, as I am emotionally drained as soon as someone starts acting up like that. It's a scar that will probably never heal - it's been 10 years since my divorce - and I think nobody deserves to be hurt by anyone else, regardless of their mental health conditions.

My good friend actually gave him the shotgun shells to do it but the kid said he was going hunting. Friend still had to go to court about it. Yeah these podcast people and the guy narrating this video have so many things wrong about that case. Shanda was only 12 years old. She was not dating anyone. She did not have a relationship with any of them. They went to her house and lured her out by telling her that they thought she was cool enough to hang out with the older kids. Then they murdered her simply because they were jealous of her. She was pretty and popular at school. I am from Louisville and I am old. I remember this case like it was yesterday.

"They're just kids they shouldn't have the death penalty" not sure if this is an unpopular opinion but if you commit a crime as vile, gruesome, and absolutely needlessly as those children did I'm not sure how you can feel a lack of empathy for them. I feel for the abuse she went through, I don't discard that but how she chose to deal with that trauma after the fact? Has no excuse I'm sorry, but death has never sounded so justified.

I have to object to the use of the word “narcotics” when referring to drugs that do not fall into that class of drug. Pot, LSD, and PCP absolutely fall under different categories of drugs and are not narcotic medications. A narcotic would be morphine, heroin, Percocet, etc.. Those medications fall into that category. It really bugs me when people just lump different drugs together & label them as “narcotics when that’s not accurate at all.

Story at 36mins was like me!! I couldn't possibly hurt anything anymore because I grew to be a empath but I remember being a child(I was abused as a child) and I asked my care giver at the time will the bunny die If I strangle it? And she said no and I believed her so I strangled it and I was so sad in the morning when I found out the bunny was dead and I didn't realise for a while and patted it while it was dead.. I'm so glad I am not dangerous as a 26 year old!! I still don't understand why a 8-10 year old would want to do that???

How can you release someone who, in cold blood, killed their peer in one of the worst ways possible; out after only 26? I guess the judicial system has been a bigger joke than I thought for a lot longer than I thought... smh 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

The failure of the parents to react only allowed the manifestation of evil through most of these children. This is why it’s so important to make sure children are taken care even if it might feel like you are stepping out of line. Who knows maybe you will save that child along with multiple others.

In May 2011, Tackett appeared on an episode of "Dr. Phil." Sharer's mother and sister were also guests on the show. During the episode, Tackett said that if she could go back, she wouldn't have been there that night and she would have done everything in her power to stop it. "I didn't know Shanda at all. I didn't go into that evening knowing anything was gonna happen, wanting anything to happen ... I didn't," Tackett said. "Peer pressure. That's all it was. It spiraled out of control way too fast. It's something that should have never happened." They didn't even know her. She was not dating any of these teens. She was only 12 years old. They were all in high school and she was in middle school. They murdered her because they were jealous of how pretty she was. You young people are taking the lies they told and putting them into the strory like they are things that actually happened.
