Welcome to the second video of my prenatal Pilates series!
Pilates is an excellent activity for pregnancy - it can help you maintain a strong core, which has shown to be beneficial for both labor and delivery, and postnatal recovery. However, you want to make sure the exercises you're doing are safe for you and your baby and there are certain moves you should avoid during pregnancy.

This is so helpful Whitney. I pretty much stopped pilates when I was pregnant - wish I had known these exercises then.
