Love this quick hip strengthening workout! I paired this with another 30 minute beginner workout of Mira’s. I actually like that this was a little more challenging than some of the other beginner workouts.

This work out for me is no fuss movements to improve your hip health, I do it on its own , my hips and pelvic area are weak with commitment I am hoping to change that. ! its a no fuss approach to your health , thank you Mira your showing us once again that you do not need to be an experienced fitness person, to get a lot out of these exercises ! A lot "beginners" can't do the one legged lift...that part should be given a modification for actual beginners. Otherwise a good video.
