My hips felt destroyed and broken after this! It was a huge wake up call of how stiff I've gotten, especially the last 2 movements and stretches. Can't wait to keep repeating and see how much stronger they get 🔥

Mira you have really given me challenges that have improved strength and flexibility. I have scoliosis s curves that are moderate . With your beginner programs, I have no pain and now walk 3 miles a day. At 61 and still working, this is a major big deal. Thank you for excellent instruction.

I’ve always had weak hips and avoided workouts like this because of how much they hurt 😅 but now postpartum I’m getting hip pain when I run, so am embracing the pain! This workout was just what I needed!

This was great. As I expected my left hip is my weakest and I could see that with these exercises. I'm 39, not overweight, but I've always had a weakness in my hips. Hoping to build strength so I can eventually walk long distance and possibly even jog again xxx

Hi Mira. Love your vibes. I've been doing this video religiously because I was diagnosed with hip instability which is causing me glute, hamstring and groin pain. I am ready for the next level but your other videos for hips seem to be 45mins. My brain won't let me commit to that. Do you have any that are around 25-30 mins for hips strengthening? I feel like I just need something inbetween 18 mins and 45 mins right now. Thanks for all you do!
