Personally, I think #4 only applies to certain time sensitive business opportunities, and can be negative if you're constantly switching to new things. I've seen this too much in the startup industry, there are always a number of "chasers" who can only focus in one direction for months before the switch to the next big opportunity, and are never successful as a result

I have this deal/bet with my dad. If my music career isn't popping off by May 2023, (when I graduate high school) then he's gonna sign me up for the military.
