I remember when they used to show some of the TV-programs on one of the BBC channels I can get here in Sweden. I remember the one where I think three people competed for a master class or something, and one which was just a cooking show. I remember I enjoyed them very very much, and it's a shame the channel doesn't broadcast those shows anymore. They were really great.

Thanks for the great video. I am going to try that today. But, I came to this video while looking for some tips on how to preserve sugar glass from melting. I am trying to make "frozen staircase" or a frozen cake theme to set up With the cake. I managed to make a small test-staircase last night. It came out fine, but started melting after few hrs and lost it's propostion. When I finished molding it With hands, the glass was still "suggy". I thought it will get harden, but the shape got vanished once it started melting. What is the best way to keep it from melting. The party is just 4 days away from today. Will I be able to come up With some solution to this. I've made some sugar glasses a week ago, but I heated it longer as I just needed to broke them into pieces. This time I need to mold it to make a staircase. Looking forward to your expert advice. Thanks in advance.
