I got started in Farmers market Oklahoma I just got my online food handlers certificate. People kept asking me if I took cards so I got square that card reader. And now people are asking for business cards so I'm trying to get some business cards made. I have a sandwich shop, it has a kitchen with oven, proofer and commercial mixer because we bake our own bread. I want to sell other baked goods separate from the sandwich business, have a separate LLC and don't want to sell it in the sandwich shop because it is a franchise. I want to sell it online and just have the baked goods pick up at the sandwich shop or meet my customers at the parking lot. I'm not sure where to start, I'm in WA state. Basically I want to use my commercial kitchen for what I'm more passionate about which is cake and other pastries and make money while having fun.
