Hey Marion! I am not going to comment on your cooking because is absolutely amazing all the time and since I found your channel finely I am cooking oriental dishes like a pro! What I wanna say your content is so beautiful at every stage. Starting with how well you organize cooking around you, clarity of all the recipes through cleanliness, and your appearance ending on the reality of your videos like your spontaneous cough because of the spices or baby Henry grabbing your attention during recording a breakfast. Your videos are "imperfectly" perfect. Thank you for being here Marion!👌🙌😍💓💓💓

I've been watching cooking shows since they were first on television in the States and not since Martin Yan have I seen an Asian chef that truly inspired me to explore food and cooking. I love your recipes, your personality, your style, your delivery, everything. You're a blessing, keep up the great work! You have everything it takes to become a celebrity chef superstar. Food Network needs to scout you, NOW.

Hi Marion, street nasi goreng has a distinct taste from restaurant and homemade nasi goreng. The ultimate seasoning for street food nasi goreng is shallots, garlic and candlenuts that is usually crushed together as a paste. Crushed chili, soy sauce and kecap manis is then added. That along with the toastiness and smokiness you only get from cooking with a wok and super high heat. This is a great version. Always a fan!

I love binge watching your channel! I love holy basil but they don't sell it where I am. It took me a few yrs to find the plant so i now grow it and save the seeds every year so I can plant it again each spring.

Hi, Marion. I hope you and your family are safe and well during these trying times. I appreciate you still cranking out videos for us. I live in NYC and I've spent a good amount of time in Thailand, specifically in Bangkok. There is an older couple that sells chicken soup from a stall in Sathorn that is hands down the best chicken soup I've ever eaten. For takeaway, they pack the rice separately with shredded chicken, cucumber slices, and a packet of a soy based sauce that has ginger and chillies and I'm not sure what else. Do you know what condiment I'm talking about and how I could recreate it? Thanks so much. Be well.
