Now that's a beautiful and delicious dish...I would be proud to serve this to my family and friend's ♡ Since I've been watching your video's my love of cooking has returned and it's not like a job anymore...because of you I have really been taking chances and incorporating tons of new flavors and having fun with it..I have to admit when my dishes come out beautiful and scrumptious I get really excited and without bragging I'm so proud of myself...lol...Marion thank you for helping me regain my love for food and cooking again...my family also thanks you! I was so bored with the same seven dishes every week...you know like chicken on Monday..roast on Sunday etc..but now I am getting more adventurous and creative...it's amazing! You explain everything beautifully and I really appreciate it ❤ My friend's think I'm being silly when I say thing's like "I love beautiful food" I love them but they don't get it..lol I can't wait to try another one of your recipes! I'm making dumplings tomorrow 😋 I can't wait ♡♡♡♡ Hugs from Indiana...❤ xo hydie..sorry so long 😩 lol

Mine too! I love it..I had always ordered Chinese takeout and always get hot and sour soup...but oh my goodness...after making it fresh at home I will not be ordering anymore...there is no comparison 🙃 I couldn't believe how different the soup was...It never crossed my mind that I could make it homemade until I found Marion's channel...she is such an amazing cook..her dishes are beautiful and delicious I'm sure of it 😋 she's also very good at explaining the dish..the ingredients and teaches step by step recipes...I just love her funny personality too...awesome channel for sure! Have an amazing weekend! xo hydie ❤

Apologies, Marion, when I saw you flip the egg omelette over at 14:13, I thought that you burnt it slightly. Still, as you described the smoky element for the Singapore Noodle dish, I completely understood now. I've only just discovered your channel, and it's really great to see so many Thai dishes as I would like to learn more about Thai cooking and, in general, South East Asian cooking. Could you use sesame oil instead of regular oil to make the dish more authentically South East Asian in taste and smell?

Marion this is such fast cooking. I can't imagine serving all this at a banquet. Need some extra hands and Woks. I will be happy just to cook a couple of your yummy dishes at a time.

Marion, when you do your frying in these kind of dishes like the Asian greens, what sort of oil do you use? Not sure if it's Rice bran, seasame, olive oil...

As a Singaporean Malay, that Singapore Noodles can't be found anywhere in hawkers or restaurants because that dish is usually cooked at home especially during birthdays or family gatherings. We call it fried bee hoon here. 😁
