I love your enthusiam while cooking! I used to watch a lot of Italian cooking on KZbin, such as ItaliaSquisita and Chef MaxMariola or Si fa così from Bruno Barbieri - this is all about great Italian Cooking culture, but your humble approach to simple cooking is definitely my favourite! Thank you!

I don't like farfalle, because they tend to be overcooked at the ends and still raw at the knot. Would you advice an alternative shape of pasta? Short like penne, or long like tagliatelle? Maybe fusilli?
