I was diagnosed with UC in 1985 when I was 17. I was in high school and my dad was a biology teacher there. He spoke to my teachers and told them if I had to leave suddenly to not make a big deal about it. I was also able to have Diet Coke in class because it would help my tummy. It helped that it wasn’t kept a secret because it doesn’t need to be. 🌺🇨🇦🌸

I have suffered with UC for the last 15 years and had recently switched to Entyvio and had been flare up free for 18 months, I started eating right and have not felt this good in 20 years, then last tuesday after a Colonoscopy I was told my colon had gone off the deep end and it had to come out immediately. I am having surgery next week and I am having my colon and barbie butt surgery. I will have an Ileostomy for the rest of my life. I was freaking out, but I found your channel and have been watching all of your videos for the last three days. I can only say Thank You. You have taken my fear away and now hope is in place. You are truly blessed. Please know how important you have meant to me these last three days. Keep smiling and doing this great channel.
