remember gentlemen, too many sets and reps will take you into the cortisol producing range making this all futile, gotta know when to walk away from the gym once you've spiked your testosterone.

@Somarik Green It depends on the dosage you are taking. And like I earlier said it does accelerates growth but it does cause male impotence,your penis will shrink smaller than your balls and you will never be able to fuck. Also the acceleration of growth depends on amount but still you have to work hard boi. If people want it even after knowing it's consequences then they make their choices. Which trust me they regret later. But you have to take it to compete if u are a professional.

Guarantee the big dude has been training for 10 plus years. As you can see in my picture I’m pretty built, & look big. I am also natural. Haven’t always had the best diet in terms of consistent regiment everyday but I have had enough protein, and carbs and training consistency to achieve my look. So ask yourself is it really impossible to get their size if you have perfect diet for years? Yes, it is. You don’t do what we do

When your arms get too big like past 19 inches..even xl xxl shirts can be too tight in the sleeves especially. And these days you are LUCKY to find brands that makes xxl. Usually xl is the biggest they go these days PLUS everything is slim style which makes it even worse

Not at all. Building arm size is the most difficult part. To build half of that size will take you at least 3 year if you train naturally.
