1 tip that I would also suggest is to know your rights as a pumping and working mom! I was given a hard time by my supervisor about pumping on my break (I needed more time than the allotted 15 minutes) so I went to management to resolve the issue because I knew what the law allowed in my state. I have heard so many stories of pumping moms' milk drying up because weren't given the proper time to pump, and it breaks my heart.

Flange sizes made the biggest difference to me. I was using 21mm and 24mm - now I’m using 15mm and 18mm. It added ounces to my pump sessions

Thanks for your videos! We need more advice on what is realistic and what not. I have two kids and what helps me to keep up my milk supply where I am unable to pump for 5 hours. Is power pumping! I am power pumping every other day evenings or early morning.

Was 5-10oz every 3-6 hours and breastfeeding some of the meal(top off bottle) got the flu and was unable to do anything for 4 days now now supply is down to 1-2oz every 2-3 hours… help

I have a spectra and an in-bra (Elvie stride) and I’ve notices that massaging makes a big difference with my output with the spectra but I can’t figure out how to do that with the Elvie. Or how to tell if it’s making a difference, because I can’t see as much and the seal is easier to break with Elvie. Any suggestions?
