This is the movement I struggle with so much. Fear is a huge issue - I think I am afraid of “throwing” weight over my head. Also the second time this week I am being reminded to stay flat footed. Good video.

Thanks for the tips sir, your video helped me a lot to understand why i m not able to balance the bar when i take it overhead. The most important tip for me is not to drive the foot before it touches the hipline
